Warriors Take Game 1 Over The Jazz In Western Conference Semifinals

On Tuesday night, the Golden State Warriors defeated the Utah Jazz 106-94 in Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals. The Warriors started off quick and never looked back as they led the game wire-to-wire in front of a raucous Oracle Arena crowd. Stephen Curry finished with a team 22 points on an efficient 7-11 shooting from the field and shooting 1-4 from the three-point line. Kevin Durant scored 17 points on 7-17 shooting from the field to go along with 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Draymond Green played a team high 34 minutes and finished with 17 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists. 

Also to go along with the game Tuesday night, the team honored the 2007 “We Believe” team for their ten anniversary of the magnificent playoff run they made in 2007. A couple of players that were on the team We Believe team were invited to the game and spoke at half time reflecting how far the team has come since that playoff run in 2007. Some notable players that were seen at the game were Stephen Jackson, Baron Davis, Adonal Foyle, Monta Ellis, and Al Harrington.
